Milton Keynes Park Run

Again a cold start for the regular Milton Keynes parkrun but fortunately it was dry and clear this morning. Slightly less numbers than last week but all keen and eager to have a go around the 5K course. Everyone looked like they were enjoying the run and some were still smiling at the end. A few of the first finishers looked like they were jogging rather than running but there were some great times recorded (16:52 being the first). Joe got a PB and Noel was a 'first timer'.Due to injury I had to pull out from running it and opted to help out instead, which was rather nice as I ended up sitting in LA Fitness entering all of the runners finishing times and positions onto the laptop. The get together in the cafe was nice as we were able to have a look at the photographs of the morning's race and have a chat whilst drinking coffee. A friendly bunch of runners and volunteers.
