Chicken Run 10k

Coming out of Wellingborough on a dreary, wet Sunday morning I doned my Harrier's vest and headed South West to Brackley, the other side of Towcester, to take part in the Brackley 10km F1 Chicken Run. This was the third time it had been run and 195 of us set out running through Brackley and then along country roads, lanes and a disused airfield in the steady drizzle and wind. The route was very hilly and so unfortunately I was not able to run under 60 minutes which would have been a PB running 60:00:42 instead.
