HARDER : Along the river towards Kempston.   Can do all 8 miles if everyone happy or a little less depending on weather and light. Tempo will be approx. 2 miles and may do a second burst.

EASIER : Warm up to “beach” at far end of main lake at Priory Country Park via entrance along Willington track. Session – anti clockwise one and a bit laps of main lake finishing at visitors centre. Cool down - to club. Approx 4.5 miles.
