EASIER : Warm up to town bridge,  back to Engineers bridge ,lamp posts x 3, move to next set of lamp posts Cinema alley x 4. 5.5 miles Approx.

EASIER  : warm-up to Eastcotts Road then x2 tempo runs using Harrowden and Mile Road.  Back to stadium via Elstow and Fenlake Road.  Approx 5.5 miles

EASIER :Warm up along Embankment and back.  A choice of distances and number of loops of pace increase.  Total mileage between 4.5 and 5.5, but less is possible if needed.
