Spring Marathon Schedule 2017

I am training for Boston Marathon which is on Patriots Day Monday April 17th 2017 and is the Monday before London Marathon.

It is my intention to start the schedule at around 8 minute 3-0 miling as I want to target 3 hours 45 for the marathon. As this schedule starts low and builds up gradually, I feel that this pace is at least feasible for many in our group.

These are not coached sessions, however if anyone wants to join me they will be welcomed. No water will be put out so bring your own.
