HARDER: 3 mile warm up, a couple of tempo sections and a warm down, using Embankment and the river. Approx 6.5 miles EASIER: Warm up via go outdoors. Tempo norse road and church lane. Approx 5.5 miles. |

Fish and Chip Run |
Meet at 6.30 for 6.45 start at 20, Water End, Cople, Bedford MK44 3TY for “out and back run” of up to 7 miles. Please bring £6.00 for fish and chips and a small donation to club charity for parking in a neighbour’s field. A few extra chairs could be helpful. We have chairs for 25 or so. |
