Joint session: Hill reps in Bedford Park.  2 miles there and 2 miles back plus hills and squats.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the easier/harder session usual coaches are unable to coach tonight.  Noel Jones welcomes you to join him in an adaptable hill session, and Nette will have a route for you if you would prefer just a steady run, but she can't stay.

Club 5K

Timed 5K time trial at Bedford Park
Either -  Meet at Stadium as usual. Warm up to Bedford Park or – drive to Bedford Park and meet at flower bed near pond at 6.30pm for warm up and drills.

HARDER: 3 mile warm up, a couple of tempo sections and a warm down, using Embankment and the river.  Approx 6.5 miles

EASIER:  Warm up via go outdoors. Tempo norse road and church lane. Approx 5.5 miles.

Fish and Chip Run

Meet at 6.30 for 6.45 start at 20, Water End, Cople, Bedford MK44 3TY for “out and back run” of up to 7 miles. Please bring £6.00 for fish and chips and a small donation to club charity for parking in a neighbour’s field. A few extra chairs could be helpful. We have chairs for 25 or so.
