EASIER: Warm up via prebend bridge to castle mound. Approx 4.5 miles.

EASIER: Warm up, 2 x 1 mile tempo on Embankment, back to club.  Approx 5.5

Drills and track session plus 400 metre time trial to help us determine “most improved runner” and for runners to monitor own progress.  Warm up run to Butterfly bridge 6.30pm prompt.

 EASIER: Warm up via town bridge to Bandstand. Session - 6 x circuits using footpath past back of Girls School to weir bridge then to bandstand. Cool down to club. Approx 5 miles.
