HARDER: Our last chance this summer to go to Wood Lane, Willington. Meet as usual at club to get directions and sort out car share. Mileage approx 5 including warm up.

EASIER: Warm up via prebend bridge to castle mound. Approx 4.5 miles.

EASIER: Warm up Castle Road to Russell Park.  Stride lap.  Drills.  Partner work and intense speed work.  Approx 5.5 miles

HARDER: Warm up to Vicars Walk via Newnham Ave and Goldington Green.  Continuous hills of Meadway.  Warm down back to club.  Approx 6 miles

EASIER:  A session of hill reps at Brookfield Road and Haylands Way. Approx 5 miles.

Charity Timed Mile...David and Darren on hand.

1 mile timed run on the track. An annual event to support club charity Autism Bedfordshire, so bring your pennies for the bucket. We will do a warm up first.  Please be ready for 6.30 if you wish to join in a running warm up before drills.
