| The first running of this event by Baldock Town Partnership. Event location was at a farm outside Newnham. Plenty of refreshments and loos for number of runners (small field of just over 100 runners). Route was 2 lap course taking in some farm track but mostly road through villages of Bygrave, Ashwell and Newnham. Lots of local support in villages, and by marshals/drink station.. Start was on small gentle incline on farm track for about mile and half, with the road involving 2 'nice' hills!!. Good event to consider next year. |
