Judy and I did the Malmo Half Marathon last Saturday. Our times were 2:39:38 and 2:13:07. Not our best times but it was very warm and heavy. I have never had to drink so much in a race. There was a massive thunderstorm later.
Since then we have been in Stockholm. It is our first visit there
and we found it a very enjoyable and easy place to visit. Everybody
speaks English and is happy to do so, which helps on the day to day
stuff.
When we were in Malmo we stayed with Oliver and Sophia who were Harriers
about three years ago while Sophia was studying at Cranfield.
