I took part in race three of the LC Swansea Bay 5K Series. I was tempted by the idea of a short, flat run in glorious sunshine along the sea front - but in actual fact it took part in soft Welsh rain! It was a very well organised race with nearly 400 runners - I came 93rd with a time of 20.49. All finishers were rewarded with a beefburger, a bottle of beer and a promise of sunshine next year.
