Tournefeuillle Half Marathon

Last week I reported that the Pechbusque Half was very hilly. This week I have some evidence of this for the statisticians.

 Today I ran the Tournefeuillle Half Marathon roads in the delightful La Ramée Recreation Area where I often run at lunchtime with friends from work. I was almost 9 minutes faster - 1:26:51.  Good enough for 1st V60 and a couple of kisses on the podium but not very promising for a 3hr marathon in 3 weeks time.
